Every email carries a verdict — valid, catch-all, risky, or invalid — and a verified_at freshness date. We verify at export and automatically refund the credit for any address that comes back invalid, so you only pay for contacts you can actually reach. Catch-all addresses are always labelled as catch-all and are never counted as verified.
Do my credits expire?
No. On every paid plan your credits roll over and never expire, there are no per-seat minimums, and there are no long-notice cancellation traps. You see exactly what a search will cost before you spend anything.
Can I search consumer contacts as well as B2B?
