Terms of Service
Effective 2026-06-30. These terms are a contract between you and Zenith Worldwide LLC (operating b2bdatabase.net).
1. The service
b2bdatabase.net provides a searchable database of business-contact records and tools to reveal, verify, and export them. Access requires an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys secure and for all activity under your account.
2. Lawful use — your obligations
You may use the data only for legitimate business-to-business purposes and only in compliance with all laws that apply to you and to the recipients of your outreach. This includes, as applicable to your activity and jurisdiction, CAN-SPAM (US), PECR/ePrivacy (EU/UK), CASL (Canada), the GDPR/UK GDPR, and India's DPDP. You are the controller of how you use exported data and are responsible for honoring opt-outs, suppression, and unsubscribe requests in your own systems.
3. Prohibited uses
You will not use the service or the data to:
- Harass, threaten, stalk, defraud, or impersonate any person.
- Target or discriminate against individuals based on a protected characteristic.
- Send unsolicited messages in violation of CAN-SPAM, PECR/ePrivacy, CASL, or local law, or send to recipients who require prior opt-in consent you do not hold.
- Use business-contact data to market to individuals as consumers (no consumer use of B2B data).
- Process special-category, health, financial, precise-location, or minors' data, or attempt to re-identify or enrich records with such data.
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or build a competing database from the data, or perform bulk extraction beyond your plan's export limits.
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent rate limits, export caps, or access controls.
- Use the data for credit, employment, insurance, or tenancy eligibility decisions or any other use regulated by the FCRA or similar laws.
Violation of this section is a material breach and may result in immediate suspension. Business buyers also agree to the lawful-use terms in our Data Processing Addendum.
4. Accuracy and verification claims
We layer email verdicts and display the verdict mix before you spend credits. A "verified" label denotes a deliverable verdict only; catch-all addresses are labeled as such and are never presented as verified. We do not guarantee that any record is current, complete, or suitable for a particular purpose, but where a revealed email returns an invalid verdict we automatically refund the credit. No other accuracy warranty is given, and the data is provided "as is" to the maximum extent permitted by law.
5. Credits, billing, and fairness
Credits are consumed when you reveal or export records. On paid plans, credits roll over and do not expire while your plan is active. There are no per-seat minimums. Re-revealing a record you already own is free. Invalid-verdict reveals are auto-refunded. Subscriptions renew until canceled; lifetime deals are governed by their offer terms at purchase.
6. Suppression and privacy
We operate a permanent suppression list and a Privacy Center. Suppressed records are removed and never served. Our handling of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Termination, liability, and changes
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or create legal or payment risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
