- Seniority is derived from each contact's job title using a normalisation pass that maps thousands of title variations onto a small set of comparable levels (for example C-Suite, VP, Director, Manager, and individual contributor).
- Titles that don't map cleanly are placed conservatively rather than inflated upward, so the senior buckets aren't padded.
- Only live, de-duplicated, non-suppressed contacts are counted, each in a single seniority bucket.
